Welcome to Human Jobs Your Path to a Brighter Future

An Erasmus+ project dedicated to fostering inclusive employment opportunities for NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training)

Crafting Success, Step by Step

The Project

HumanJobs: Inclusive Employment for Youth is a strategic initiative under the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnerships in Youth program. The project tackles the dual challenges of youth unemployment and social exclusion by focusing on two key issues: lack of motivation and access to meaningful, attainable career paths.

Through the HumanJobs Website, NEETs and young people with mild physical disabilities can stay inform about our results, next steps, news and explore step-by-step guides tailored to careers in the humanities, such as social work, psychology, therapy, and mental health services—fields that are both in high demand and aligned with the values and interests of our target group.

Our objectives are clear:

Project Activities

The HumanJobs project is structured around four key work packages that collectively aim to increase youth employability and foster social inclusion:

1

Work Package 2: Career Roadmap of the Humanities Sector & Barriers Research

Led by CRSLaghi, this research-focused package identifies barriers to employability among NEETs and develops comprehensive career roadmaps tailored to the humanities sector.

2

Work Package 3: HumanJobs Gamified Platform Development

Eurospeak leads the design and development of an interactive, gamified platform that guides users through career opportunities, skill-building activities, and job application processes in an engaging and supportive environment.

3

Work Package 4: Dissemination, Multiplier Events, and Results Sharing

This package focuses on spreading the project’s results to a wider audience through multiplier events, stakeholder engagement, and digital dissemination strategies. Each partner will host events in their respective countries to share project outcomes and best practices.
